Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm

Hartford, Ct firefighters work at this 2nd alarm in a high rise residental apt. building at 10 Marshal St on 4/19/09 at 1700 hrs. The fire was in the trash shute of the building and was running between floors. I did not see any fire or smoke but could smell it. This was the 3rd second alarm in the city on this day. The other 2 were at the same time at differnet ends of the city and happened about 0500 hrs.
