Manchester, CT (8th District) 2nd alarm

Manchester, Ct (8th District FD) operate at this 2nd alarm fire at 64 Congress St on 5/12/09 at 1421 hours. First PD unit on scene reported heavy fire showing. On arrival of the 8th District FD they requested a full structure response from the Manchester Fire Rescue EMS Dept. Bolton FD also responded to the scene.
