Manchester, Ct Fire Rescue EMS Dept. shift 1 members responded to 116 High St on 9/16/09 at 18:35 hours for a report of a power line burning on the side of the house. When Quint 1 arrived they reported fire on the A-D corner. The power line fell after their arrival. Car 21 (shift commander) gave the working fire on his arrival which brought an engine from the 8th District FD to the scene.
