East Hartford, Ct had this accident on 11/18/09 at approx. 0530 hours. Manchester Engine/ Medic 5 along with EH Ladder 3 (spare) responded due to a second alarm that was in progress. Companies arrived to find 1 person in the vehicle with a sheared hydrant and water spraying into the air. Occupant was quickly removed due to sink hole being created by the water.
