Hartford, Ct boat in distress

Hartford, Ct firefighters responded with their boat to the Connecticut River on 5/26/09 at 1635 hrs to assist a boat in distress. Report was that the boat lost motor power and needed help getting back to the boat launch. East Hartford FD was also called to assist with their boat.
