Andover, Ct responded to 20 Wheeling Rd on 5/27/10 at 0055 hours for a working barn fire. Members were hampered by severe lightning, wind, and rain which caused a tree to fall across the road limiting the access to the scene to one direction. Mutual aid from N. Coventry and Columbia asisted Andover at the scene.
