East Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm

East Hartford, Ct. responded to 11 Harmony St. on 9/6/10 at 2133 hours for numerous calls reporting a structure fire. Police officers on scene first reported fire showing. Car 3 (shift commander) arrived to report fire showing from the "D" side 1 story apt. The building is a 6 family 2 story cement block building with both end apartments being 1 story. One civilian was transported to the hospital for unknown type injuries.
