Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm
Hartford, Ct responded to 23 Whitmore St on 10/11/10 around 0315 hours for numorous calls reporting a structure fire. Engine 10 arrived to report an occupied building with power lines down and requested CL&P priority 1. District 1 chief requested the 2nd alarm on his arrival due to heavy fire conditions.
