Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm

A second alarm in Hartford, Ct at 650 Prospect St. on 1/20/10 at 0232 hours had members chasing fire through the walls of this 3 story brick. The rear of the building had parking under the building with dormers in the roof line. Fire appeared to be in the rear portion of the building.
