Manchester, Ct. MVA / Jaws

On 9/29/10 at 1917 hrs. Manchester, Ct Quint 1, Engine 2 and Engine 4 went to Spencer St. and the I384 E/B on ramp and had to put the hurst tool to work to extricate the driver from one of the vehicle's involved in this MVA.
