East Hartford, Ct responded to 80 Simmons Rd. on 5/21/11 at 1225 hours for a stove fire. With nothing showing in the front members found smoke banking down in the public hallway on floor #2. The deputy's aide also confrimed a working fire when checking the rear of the building from the outside. Quick knockdown by the members.
