Tolland, Ct Barn collapse with entrapment

Tolland, Ct. responded to 364 Mile Hill Rd on 2/9/11 at 1500 hours for a reported barn collapse with horse's trapped. When the FD arrived they had 1 horse on its knees pinned to the ground by the roof. Members were able to free the horse and with coordination between the FD, Tolland highway dept. and horse handlers the other horse's were removed from the barn safely.
