Manchester, Ct 2nd alarm

On 7/11/12 @0440 hours Manchester, Ct Fire Rescue EMS members responded to 178 E. Center St. Car 23 struck the second when he pulled out of quarters down the street. Mutual aid from the 8th District and East Hartford assisted at the scene with Glastonbury, S. Windsor and Bolton covering the stations.
