Manchester, Ct W/F
At 1328 hours on 2/27/12 the Manchester, Ct Fire Rescue EMS dept responded to 28 Devon Dr. for a structure fire. With smoke showing from the rear on arrival they entered to find heavy fire in the basement extending to floor's 1 and 2. Mutual aid from the 8th District FD went to the scene and East Hartford FD covered station 2.
