Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 5/16/13

On 5/16/13 Hartford, Ct had this 2nd alarm fire at 192 Affleck St. This building is directly behind the quarters of Engine 8. On arrival they had heavy fire on the rear porches with extension inside.
