Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 1/28/14

Hartford, Ct. members made numerous rescue's at this fatal 2nd alarm fire on 1/28/14 @0545 hours. The fire was located at 62-64 Bedford St in the city's north end. Update 1/30/14. A second occupant has passed away due to injuries from this fire.
