Glastonbury, Ct. General Alarm 11/11/15

On 11/11/15 at 1132 hours the Glastonbury, Ct. FD was dispatched to 32 Roaring Brook Plaza for a fire on the roof in the dust connection system. A member was on scene within 30 seconds reporting heavy fire and smoke showing. Numerous mutual aid tankers were started right away and drafting operations were set up. At one point there were 2 tower ladders, 3 ladder pipes and many hand lines in operation. Accessibility was limited to one driveway into the complex. Members expect to be on scene at least 24 hours.
