Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 4/2/15

Hartford, Ct. struck 2 alarms for 1363 Main St. at 0344 hours on 4/2/15. The fire was in a vacant 4 story brick. Members of Ladder 3 rescued one person via ground ladder from floor #2 on their arrival, which proves a building is not vacant until the FD says it is. Due to the amount of fire District 2 ordered an exterior attack. According to local news the person rescued by Ladder 3 was charged with setting the fire.
