Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 4/29/15

Hartford, Ct Engine 5 reported fire showing on their arrival at 196 Sigourney St on 4/29/15 about 2130 hours. At least one occupant was removed via ground ladder due to fire conditions in the front stairwell and hallway. Three occupants were transported to the local hospital. The fire was knocked down quickly by first due companies.
