Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 8/23/15

At 2359 hours on 8/23/15 Hartford, Ct members were again put to work with Ladder 5 reporting heavy fire showing at 9 Carpentrer St. on arrival. Companies had heavy fire on floor #2 which forced them out to an exterior attack. Two tower ladders were put to work and the fire was quickly darkened down.
