Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 4/23/17

Hartford, Ct Ladder 2 struck the 2nd alarm at 217 Wethersfield Ave on 4/23/17 at 14:15. On arrival companies had fire showing from an apartment with numerous people hanging out the windows. FD members rescued 7 people via ground ladders. One FD member, one police officer and numerous occupants were transported to the hospital.
