Manchester, Ct. 2nd alarm plus 4/12/17

Manchester, Ct. responded to 120 Tolland Tpke on 4/12/17 at 03:54 hours for passerby's on I84 reporting a building fire. Engine 5 arrived first due reporting heavy smoke from the package store. Car 22 arrived went defensive due to fire conditions and struck the 2nd alarm with a special call for an addition engine and ladder above the 2nd.
