Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 9/29/19

Hartford, Ct District 2 struck 2 alarms for 280 Collins St. when he arrived to heavy fire out the 4th floor D side rear of a 4 story irregular shaped apartment building. Members raised numerous ground ladders around the building. One member and a few occupants were transported to the hospital.
