Hartford, Ct W/F 6/10/19

On 6/10/19 at 00:21 hours Hartford, Ct fire alarm started receiving calls for 166 Roosevelt St with people jumping. First due Engine 10 reported rear porches going. Companies made a pretty fast knock down. One occupant who jumped was transported to the hospital.
