Hartford, Ct 2nd alarm 2/13/21

At 03:11 on 2/13/21 Hartford, Ct north end companies were dispatched to 766 Garden St. On arrival Engine 7 had a fire on floor 1 of an occupied building. Conditions deteriorated very rapidly with a mayday given. Another company rescued an occupant via ground ladder off the 3rd floor porch seconds before the 3rd floor flashed over with heavy fire then venting out the front. Three occupants were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
