At 16:53 Hartford, Ct south end companies were dispatched to Franklin Ave & Shultas Pl for a structure fire. Companies arrived at 131 Franklin Ave to heavy fire showing from floors 2&3 of a 3 story wood frame. District 1 struck the 2nd alarm not long after arrival.
