Hartford, Ct Chief's swearing in ceremony 3/21/14

On 3/21/14 Hartford, Ct had a swearing in ceremony for the city's 37th fire chief, Chief Carlos Huertas. Roger Martin was also sworn in as the city's new fire marshal. There were also numerous awards given to members of the fire department.
