Hartford, Ct Recruit Graduation 1/18/19

Recruits from Hartford, New Britain and West Hartford, Ct Fire Departments graduated from the Hartford Fire Academy on 1/18/19. Members of the Hartford Fire Dept. who were recently promoted were also recognized at today's ceremony.
